Opioid Antagonist/Non-Control Reporting

This tool is for the submission of records relating to the dispensing of Naloxone and other opioid antagonists by individuals and organizations that do not possess a DEA license and currently report other medications to CSAPP. West Virginia State Law requires that all Naloxone and opioid antagonist dispensings or administrations be reported to the West Virginia Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSAPP). The information submitted acts as a powerful tool in the fight to save West Virginians from the ravages of opioid abuse.

To begin entering a record, click on the Dispensing Entry link toward the top of the page. The data entered should be as accurate and complete as possible.
