The email address and personal information connected to a
prescriber’s Master account must be that of the prescriber per
requirements of the West Virginia Boards of Pharmacy and Medicine.
If you are using a Master account in place of the Prescriber,
please change the contact email to that of the Prescriber and have your own delegate account
created by the Master account. To check your email address,
click on My Account and Email Update in the menu bar and make any necessary changes.
