JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2026 - CSAPP RETIREMENT NOTICE:

As part of the State’s modernization of its Controlled Substances Monitoring Program (CSMP), all users will transition from the legacy CSAPP platform to the State’s new CSMP system, RxGov, in mid-January 2026 with expected completion in early February 2026.

Users will receive email communications with further instructions on this system migration from the RxGov team.

Direct electronic reporting requires sFTP User account, separate and distinct from CSAPP website account used for viewing patient reports. For sFTP User account, select “sFTP User” after clicking the Register button.
